When it comes to hydroponic growing, your plants don’t have soil to buffer impurities. That means your water is the foundation of everything you do.
Most tap water contains chlorine, bicarbonates, or extra minerals like calcium and sodium. These can throw off your nutrient balance and make your plants struggle.
That’s why we recommend starting with either reverse osmosis (RO) water or distilled water.
RO water filters out 95–99% of dissolved solids.
Distilled water is purified through evaporation and condensation.
Both give you a clean slate. With pure water, you control exactly what goes into your nutrient solution, which means healthier roots, faster growth, and more reliable harvests in your hydroponic tower.
Victory Garden Hydroponics towers are designed for precision. Start with clean water, and you’ll see the difference.
